After a recent unpleasant experience at a different store this was nothing short of a breath of fresh air. We opted for a mobile order this time and the drinks were made promptly and properly. The staff are always hustling in any Starbucks store, but sometimes that comes at the expense of a less-friendly experience. That wasn't the case in this store. They took the few seconds needed to make me feel valued as a customer.

This is not my favorite Starbucks. It used to be nice and open, with tables and chairs. It was remodeled about 3 years ago, and they took away the tables. Now, it just has a counter, and the store is very stark. That being said, the drinks are still typically Starbucks, and the baristas are nice. Apparently, I'm not the only one who feels this way, as we were told that another remodel is on the way to restore it to the way it was. Go figure.

My favorite Starbucks! Everyone is always super nice here and ask how’s your day going. They always have my mobile order ready on time and if you have an issue with your order they take care of it for you. Little hard to navigate the parking lot because it’s so small but if you do the mobile order you can park a little bit away from it and it’s much easier than setting in the line and waiting.

Staff was so friendly. I went there because I need to pull an all nighter for school. Had no clue what to get. Don’t really like coffee and she made my coffee taste like a cinnamon toast crunch. One of the friendliest and sweetest person I’ve ever encountered in customer service. Just wish I knew her name so I could thank her properly.

Just as anyone, I've been to hundreds of Starbucks. That's how I know this one is supreme. I'm pretty certain it's because this girl named Carly has worked here for over 10 years. She's probably the manager or co-owner. If not, I hope so.

My preferred local Starbucks to get caffeine before work as it has a decent dining room and drive through so I can choose either option depending on the day.
